MicroDose is a free standing, privately held company that has been strongly financed by both institutional and individual Angel investors since inception in 1998. In addition to capital support from its primary investors, MicroDose has received strategic equity investments from selected development partners, the most recent of which is a $5 million investment from 3M in September 2004. Additional funds have been derived from development revenues and licensing fees from our major pharmaceutical and government partnerships and programs. This is just the start of our growth as we plan to expand our leading position over the next decade in the fast growing drug delivery and specialty pharmaceuticals sector.
